Small Business Category Winner - Chesterfield Auto Parts

Chesterfield Auto Parts received a Top Workplaces 2022 Award from the Richmond Times-Dispatch for the small business category. As many of you already know, we are a three location, self-serve junkyard that has been family owned and operated since 1947. We purchase end of life vehicles from individuals, tow companies and auctions, making the parts available for retail sale before further recycling the raw materials. We employ approximately 110 people in the Richmond Metro area of Virginia. 87 companies were voted as honorees in three categories. Large, medium and small business. Honorees were chosen entirely based on employee feedback collected through a third party survey administered by the Richmond Times-Dispatch’s technology partner, Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measured 15 unique culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization.
